I have used Sun's JDK for the installation instead of the JDK that is in the cd cuz the CD JDK return a segmentation Fault when I ran it of Sun's JDK the Installation worked fine until the begining of the progress bar it jumps into registration page and the progress bar stops at 0% !!

I have tried to install IBM JDK but I thing I can't install it in Slack ..

Thanks

Try running the ulimit command. You may have to do some research on this command. I am not very familiar with it.

I think I found the source of the problem I was successful in running the installation using IBM JDK but I think the real problem is in slackware where WebSphere is not designed to work with full open source systems. It works with RHEL and Susi enterprise which I don't consider it an open source OS.

Thanks everyone for all your help
