You guys really awesome, I got excellent help lost time.
I would like to install LAMP on slckware, could you please help me out. Any information is highly appreciated

Everything is included in Slackware if you did a full install. MySQL, Apache (httpd) and php.

There are many threads with instructions on setting this up.

This post is probably as good as any.

Remember: unless you really understand what you are doing, a full install is highly recommended.
