my new lan card


elslamo alikom all
i have installed Slackware 12.1
then i make netconfig and configured my network
but the net didn't work
when i was using slack 10.2 or 12 it was working very good
i activated Knemo it gives a cross on the network figure
this is what i did

Did you make a fresh install or you upgraded from 12.0?

try (as root)

modprobe via-rhine

that is the correct module, then do

lsmod

and confirm that the module was loaded.

there is something very strange
i had an old lan card called Realtech it wasn't working with kernel 2.6
now i tried it and it is working
i had made the command this is its output

Hi,

You did run 'netconfig'?

If so then post the output of the following;

ifconfig -a
route -n
