Multiple pages do not print in Slackware 9.1 with CUPS

Hello:

I have installed CUPS on my Slackware 9.1 system with a 24-pin Epson printer. Test print works properly.

In Acrobat reader when I select several pages to print, only the first selected page prints. After this a blank page comes out. Further pages do not print. I have similar problem even in ggv. I am not able to figure out why.

Can any body help?

Thanks for your help.

Anand

How does it behave in other programs?

Like, can you print multiple pages from
OpenOffice?

Cheers,

LyX prints multiple pages properly. But the problem persists in Acrobat Reader and Abiword.
