MOZILLA_FIVE_VARIABLE enviroment variable

Hi.
I had just re-installed slack 10.0, and now I am unable to install firefox, run mozilla or galleon (epiphany and lynx are only working browsers)

Gallen gives me error message that goes as following: "ensure the MOZILLA_FIVE_VARIABLE enviroment variable is set to corrent Mozilla installation directiory".

this is confusing since I did not tweak/modify mozilla at all, and I have no idea on how to set this varible right, since i cannot find it in GConf Editor.

P.S. on another note when I try to install wxPython-2.4.2.4-i486-2.tgz I d/led form slackware.com it tells me that the file is corrupt... its wierd since I didnt have these problem first time i had slack, and I installed it from same cd onto same machine.

This was caused on my slack10 box by too many mozilla installs. I removed all versions, then reinstalled the newest. (from linuxpackages, I think.)

Edit: I did not lose any setting, mail, etc. by doing this.

Next time just do this from a terminal:

MOZILLA_HOME=/usr/lib/mozilladirectory&version

If that's not the correct variable then galeon should spit out the correct one for you to set when you get the error. Main thing is to know what mozilla lib directory you want to use since galeon depends on it.
