mozilla $prog ${1+$@} segfault

I'm sure this has been asked before, but of all of the answers I've seen, none have helped me.

Here is my problem. I updated mozilla about a week ago using swaret to the latest version that was pre-firefox 1.7.5 I believe. I began to get a segfault with the title of this post as the reason, which was in run-mozilla.sh, the script that starts it. I uninstalled every version of it on my computer, then installed it again. Now I get no error, but mozilla will not start.

This is what the prompt looks like
#mozilla
{1/2 a second later}
#

No error, no messages, no nothing. I can't figure out what's wrong, although now, netscape quits with mozilla's old error. I ran mozilla-bin in GDB and it said there was an error in the offset in libmozjs.so and it quit with an error code of 1. I copied the libmozjs.so from netscape's folder, now it doesn't report an error with the libs, but it still quits with error code 01.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled this probably about 10 times and I can't figure out what's wrong. I've tried deleting my .mozilla folder, I've tried changing /etc/ld.so.conf, and I've gotten nowhere.

EDIT: I just removed all versions of mozilla I had gotten from swaret, thinking that they may have been compiled for different libs. I got the version from mozilla.org, it now starts, only for a second, then exits with the same old error.

Another EDIT: Running mozilla-bin shows that it has an undefined symbol in /usr/local/mozilla/components/libgtklayout.so the symbol is JS_LookupPropertyWithFlags
What Lib do I need to fix that?

-Thanks in advance
