I did a very minimal install of slackware and I seem to be missing (in addition to other things) netconfig, /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1.conf and /etc/rc.d/rc.inet2, /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1 /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1
I can use dhclient and ifconfig to manually start and configure my network, I would just like these files so I don have to do it each time I reboot.
Which package do i need to install to get these, please?
Those scripts are installed with network-scripts-12.1-noarch-1 package
I suggest using http://packages.slackware.it/ to find in which package a specific file belong to
