Best regards

/usr/lib64/ is provided by the package xcb-util. Is it installed?

EDIT I see now that it is not included in xcb-util-0.3.8 shipped with -current.

libxcb-aux is now in libxcb-util you should have a symlink for libxcb-aux pointing at libxcb-util.

I'm not sure if xfce has been recompiled since the xcb upgrade and if it hasn't then parts of it are broken and could also be causing your error, a recompile will fix it though.
