Maybe I'm missing something...

Well, I just finally got around to getting my system upgraded from 2.4 to 2.6.7 via the instructions in the README.initrd file. Everything went well, except that I cannot locate my source tree for 2.6.7. I'ts not in the usual /usr/src. I would like to know where it is in order to recompile my 2.6.7 with some options. I have looked everywhere, so my question to you guys is, am I missing something here? Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Thanks.

did you download the kernel source??
if you did, where did you download it to??

do you have the slack 10 CD set??
if so, the 2.6.7 kernel should be on it.........

kernel sources for 2.6.7 are also in the testing dir, it's called kernel-source-2.6.7-noarch-1.tgz
