MATE Desktop and Mouse Wheel Cycling

Is there an option to disable mouse wheel cycling in MATE?

For example, hovering the mouse pointer over the panel icons and scrolling the mouse wheel results in the app focus changing. Likewise when hovering over the workspace switcher and scrolling. Or with multiple tabs in the terminal.

I do not find anything in the control center or dconf.

Thanks.

In other words, there are no current options to disable.

Thank you for replying.
