masking email addresses

I've used other programs that hide email addresses from the recipients-is there a way to do this with Sylpheed?

Do you mean that recipients don't see the other people's addresses? Just put their addresses in the bcc box.

Found the option in Sylpheed. It's a hidden feature. When composing a message goto view and enable BCC, then the BCC field opens and you can type addresses there. Thanks for the help!

I head up an email list and don't want most people to be able to see the recipient's emails for spam purposes. However, I would like some people to be able to see who the email went to. Is this possible?
