Managing my own Slackware packages repository. Which tool ?

Hi !

I have my own binary packages http repository, and i would like to use a simple too to install them.

I already took a look at slapt-get and slackyd.

Is there any other tool out there that you can recommend to me ?

Why not slapt-get? There is nothing better out there.

Error when compiling on ARM.

I'd also like to see as much choices as possible.

What error? As far as I know it compiles fine on ARM. Are you using the correct CFLAGS?

I compiled 0.10.2o a few days ago on ARM and the only problem I had related to copying the stock slapt-getrc into the package (the build script looks in the tarball for "default.slapt-getrc.$ARCH"). After explicitly setting $ARCH to be "arm", it worked.

If they're already binary packages why don't you just use upgradepkg --install-new *.t?z and any upgraded or new packages will be installed on the system.
