make error compiling Scribus - what to do?

While compiling Scribus from source I got this error ->

/usr/lib/qt-3.2.1/bin/moc ./mpalette.h -o mpalette.moc
source='mpalette.cpp' object='mpalette.o' libtool=no \
depfile='.deps/mpalette.Po' tmpdepfile='.deps/mpalette.TPo' \
depmode=gcc3 /bin/sh ../admin/depcomp \
g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I/usr/include/libart-2.0 -I/usr/include/freetype2 -I/usr/lib/qt-3.2.1/include -I. -DQT_THREAD_SUPPORT -D_REENTRANT -O2 -fno-exceptions -fno-check-new -c -o mpalette.o `test -f 'mpalette.cpp' || echo './'`mpalette.cpp
In file included from mpalette.cpp:2:
mpalette.moc: In member function `virtual bool Mpalette::qt_invoke(int,
QUObject*)':
mpalette.moc:554: internal error: Segmentation fault
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.
See <URL:http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html> for instructions.

make: *** [all] Error 2
root@paul:/usr/local/src/scribus-1.1.3#

I went to the gcc bug reporting site, and their information went right over my head. Could someone point me in the right direction to know what to do with/about this? I am using Scribus-1.1.3.tar.gz obtained from http://web2.altmuehlnet.de/fschmid/download.html

Perhaps I shouldn't be trying to use the Latest Developers Release? And if I want to use another version, should I do anything other than ->
root@paul:/usr/local/src/scribus-1.1.3# rm -rf scribus-1.1.3

Hi China,

Since this is a segfault in the compiler I'd
suggest what's been said a hundred times.

It's most likely a hardware problem unless
there's an existing bug report for that version
of gcc/g++ ... look at Azmeen's recent post.

Maybe you can try more conservative speed
settings in your BIOS, or try with different
RAM configurations.

Cheers,
Tink
