Looking for a Media Server that will keep track of songs played
I am currently running MediaTomb on Slackware 13.37, 64bit. I am looking for something that will keep track of the music I play. It doesn't appear that MediaTomb has the ability to do that. I even poked around in the database and could not find anything.
Whatever server I use has to be support DLNA, most of my music is streamed to my PS3.
Distribution: Slackware 14 (Server),OpenSuse 13.2 (Laptop & Desktop),, OpenSuse 13.2 on the wifes lappy

You might like to give Ampache a try. Using it here as a DLNA server to my Blue-Ray player. Can't vouch for whether or not it will work with a PS3, but might be worth a go.
Ampache does exactly what I wanted, but out of the box it does not support a PS3. For that I need a plugin called Coherence. But I can't seem to get the config right to let the two work together.
Out of time for the day, but I'll keep working on it.
