locale::gettext now bundled with perl in -current: thanks.

d/perl-5.18.1-i486-1.txz:  Upgraded.
       Upgraded to DBI-1.628.  Added gettext-1.05.
Now po4a can have its own messages localized without installing additional package. Thanks!

Many thanks for the latest perl as system perl, even if I usually maintain my own perls via perlbrew/plenv. Just in time for testing a deployment
