Cool Live Chat Server Software

Can anyone suggest a Live Chat Software package that interafacing with a web site fairly easily?

I know there are a few packages out there. I am looking for recommendations based on peronsal experience.

We will be using it to allow customers to talk directly to our sales and support staff for managed hosting solutions.

i never setup one but I think you might take a look at PHP Live!. I don't think to setup it is hard. It is commercial software and usually easy for installation.

If you already run an (internal or external) IRC server, you might want to try CGI:IRC which is a neat web-based IRC client. The configuration can be locked down so that users can only connect to just your IRC server and a specific channel.
