Congratulations on your success. It looks like you've been doing well with Slackware since your two threads last year.
Isn't it interesting how we often get excited when something works as it designed. I think it's because the much of the time things don't work and we're pleasantly surprised when they do work.
So much of the time with computers problems appear and we have to put in some effort and learn new things before we're finally successful. Success after solving some problems is more satisfying than success without much effort. (Of course it's also nice that once in a while things just work.
Since you registered with LQ in 2006 and you've posted two threads in LQ in 2013 you're probably aware already that several (many?) of the LQ members that use this Slackware forum, like you, were born in the first half of the last century.
