Lilo, RAID & S-ATA

So i've got a SATA RAID 1 system running by using the sata.i kernel from the Slackware 10.2 CD. I've also compiled my own 2.6 kernel to properly access the SATA drives.

Now, i'm trying to setup lilo to write the bootcode to both drives. When I was using IDE drives, I put the following command in lilo.conf:
Code:
raid-extra-boot="/dev/hda,/dev/hdc"
and then ran lilo again and it worked.

However, this doesn't appear to want to work with the SATA disks. I put the line above in (amending for /dev/hda for /dev/sda etc) and ran lilo. This was the output:
Code:
Fatal: Not a RAID install, 'raid-extra-boot=' not allowed
So can anyone shed any light on what the problem is.

Google isn't being my friend tonight. By the way, sorry if this has already been asked, but when I tried to search the forum, it just sat there.

Regards,

Stuart.

I've tried using
Code:
lilo -M /dev/sdb
to write the bootcode to the secondary SATA disk, but that doesn't work either.

Stuart.
