libreadline.so.5

I did some updates through Swaret, and ran across a bunch of problems after the upgrades. It seems i'm missing a file libreadline.so.5. Programs like swaret, ftp, and i'm sure others now do not work. I can't seem to locate this file for Slackware.

Anyone know how i can fix this issue?

P.S. libreadline.so.5 is no where to be found on the system, although libreadline.so.4 is.

ftp: error while loading shared libraries: libreadline.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

bc: error while loading shared libraries: libreadline.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Thanks
