libart_lgpl.so.2 not found

When I load KDE, the following message appears:

Quote:
kdeinit: error while loading shared libraries: libart_lgpl.so.2: cannot open shared file: No such file or directory
along with:

Quote:
Could not start kdeinit: check you installation
What should I do? Thanks in advance.

re that library. Looking for it using urpmf gave me:

$ urpmf libart_lgpl.so.2
libgnome32:/usr/lib/libart_lgpl.so.2
libgnome32:/usr/lib/libart_lgpl.so.2.2.0

So apparently it's part of gnome and you need to install the package libgnome32.
Hope this helps.

Edit: just noticed you're not using mandrake. You should be able to find out which package, if any, provides that particular thing, though.
