kppp without KDE?

Can kppp be installed without the whole KDE package? What are the necessary packages for it to work?

Unfortunately, AFAIK, you need at least the kdelibs package to be able to run KDE apps and you may even need kdebase as well although I'm not sure about that.

Kppp is a part of the kdenetwork package so I'd assume the kdenetwork ebuild would install it.
