KPPP stops working

Hi im currently using slackware 10 and after a while of using kppp(a few weeks) it stops working
and i cant dial up anymore.
For some reason it comes back with error 19 but i am still able to dial up with windows.
So far ive been reinstalling slackware to fix the problem.
Has anyone else had this problem or know any way to fix it?

I dont, but I would rather reinstall net apps (pppd, kdenetwork, kppp, and may be some others) than the system.
______
If someone doesnt know how to install some app, pkgtool may help...
