I am looking for recommendations for knowledge base software. Something suitable for a small business rather than personal. Not free-floating "note-taking" or "mind-mapping" apps but something structured.
Likely the information will (eventually) be available through intranet (not internet) web access. I am not at all familiar with CMS systems although I will not be surprised if that is what I am seeking.
