KLAMAV; libclamav.so.2 - no such file..

I need a good anti-virus scanner to keep my Windows XP partition up to scratch so I installed CLAMAV and KLAMAV gui.

I ran 'freshclam' from command line and this updated the AV database, as such I can now use clamav from command line to scan directories and files.

However I get this error when trying to run the KDE gui KLAMAV:
Code:
david@Slackware12:~$ klamav
klamav: error while loading shared libraries: libclamav.so.2: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
david@Slackware12:~$
I've googled 'libclamav.so.2' but no decent info in context of Slackware12.

Any suggestions slackers..?

Run this:
Code:
whereis libclamav.so.2
It's probably that you installed clamav in '/usr/local' rather than '/usr' and klamav is looking only in '/usr/lib' for it. Try running 'ldconfig' as root and try again. If that still doesn't do it you can try symlinking '/usr/local/lib/libclamav.so.2' to '/usr/lib/libclamav.so.2', assuming you installed to '/usr/local'.
