Today I have recompiled my kernels for about 15 times because of strange problems. And after that, I removed all the files that I don't need. This includes also kernel-headers kernel-generic 2.6.7 from testing from CD2. I recompiled 126.96.36.199, 2.6.6 and 2.6.9-rc2. And then finally I tried to compile 188.8.131.52 and here's the things that i gave me:
root@darkstar:/usr/src/linux-184.108.40.206# make menuconfig
In file included from /usr/include/linux/errno.h:4,
/usr/include/asm/errno.h:4:31: asm-generic/errno.h: No such file or directory
make: *** [scripts/basic/split-include] Error 1
make: *** [scripts_basic] Error 2
When I install kernel-headers-2.6.7-noarch-1 everything is fine. But I wonder why is this happening, because before I installed kernel-headers-2.6.7.... I was able to compile the 220.127.116.11 kernel and no err messages came out.
Thanks in advance
