actually hotplug starts as it boots and it is enabled

No, you already enabled the sound driver (CONFIG_SND_INTEL8X0=y)

But for my part, I always enable sound feature as module (CONFIG_SND_INTEL8X0=m),
not as built in, this way alsaconf does not complain and /etc/rc.d/rc.alsa works fine

ss as soon as ur mess came i thought about login one of my friend booted the machine
he choosed 2.4.** kernel where i havnt enabled sound
now rebooted to 2.6.12.3
and now sound is working,, rocking #now redhotchillipeppers -californication plays next pats sailor
