KDE Kicker and Application "Cycling" With the Mouse

I've picked up bad habit, but the bad habit revealed a "feature" about the KDE Kicker that I'd like to terminate.

My bad habit is that lately I do not pay attention to the location of the mouse pointer when I start scrolling with the mouse wheel. If the mouse pointer is located over an application, then as expected the application is affected by the mouse wheel scrolling. If I happen not to pay attention that the mouse pointer is hovering over the KDE Kicker task bar, then the mouse wheel scrolling has the effect of paging/scrolling/cycling through all open applications. Hardly fatal, but distracting and a PITA.

I'm using KDE 3.4.3. Is there a way to stop Kicker from cycling through the apps? No, I do not want to make the Kicker disappear. I merely want to know if I can disable the cycling effect. Thanks again.

Bump.

Anybody know how to disable the Kicker from cycling open applications when the mouse pointer hovers over the Kicker and using the mouse scroll wheel?

Thanks.
