KDE 4.13.3 KWallet GPG encryption problem (Bad passphrase)

Hey.
I'm trying to get KWallet to work with AlienBOB's KDE 4.13.3 packages. I even tried to create a new user and then ran KGpg to generate a new GPG key. After that I tried to save password and create a new wallet which would use that created key but it just pops out a error saying:

Error when attempting to decrypt the wallet kdewallet using GPG. If you're using a SmartCard, please ensure it's inserted then try again.

GPG error was Bad passphrase

It doesn't even ask for a passphrase. Is that some common problem or have I just messed up something badly? Problem occurs on my main account as well which is the reason why I created a test user.

Try to automatically start gpg-agent when entering a new KDE session. You should then have a prompt asking you to enter your GPG passphrase upon entering a KDE session.

I've used the startup and shutdown scripts described here: Gpg does not seem to be running

Copy the startup script in the first directory and the shutdown script in the second directory:
Quote:

...Copy them into your ~/.kde/env and ~/.kde/shutdown folders, check permissions, and make sure they are executable.
