Just Hosed my System

Ok was having problems with Glibc 2.3.3 so I thought ok I'll roll back to 2.3.2 so I removed glibc thinking to just reinstall glibc 2.3.2 well when I removed the package it broke everything now I can't ls directories or run ANY commands other then cd !!!!!!

now the question is what do I do? boot with a cd and mount the directories. can I reinstall the package from the cd?

Try booting from Slackware's cd 2, mount your harddrive and install the glibc packages with the following command: installpkg -root whereyoumountedyourharddriver glibcpackage

ie:
# mount /dev/hdb1 /mnt/hdd
# installpkg -root /mnt/hdd glibc-2.3.2.tgz

If you have any doubt about using installpkg, just man installpkg
