Java

When I am using Netscape or Konqueror I can't play any Java application such as Jpilot or other stuff. Do I need some kind of Plugin? How do I get it? How do I install it?

Install either Blackdown or Suns Java:

java.sun.com

http://www.blackdown.org/java-linux/mirrors.html

and symlink the plugin file from either of the installs to the plugin directory of the browser.

Both Sun and Blackdown have instructions for install and for the plugin.

Do you ever search before you post?

Try this walkthrough, the page seems to be down right now, but I got java working fine in all my browsers by using it. I have it saved in PostScript format somewhere, so if it doesn't come up then I can put it up on my webspace or something.
