is FDISK built-in in Slackware?


Is Fdisk built-in in Slackware??? Or is it a separate application to download?

Did you try it first and could not run it? You have to be root to do so.

First timer. But I dont jave the Cds yet.

So I dont have to download Fdisk separately, right????

fdisk and cfdisk are both available on the install disk.

how can programs be built in to distributions?
I think they are seperated downloaded and installed!

It's "not built" in... It's included as a standard tool :-O
