The server which hosts my blog (that server is http://cardinal.lizella.net/) also hosts http://sbopkg.org/ , http://slackpkg.org/ , http://rlworkman.net/ , the Slackware Essentials book and a lot more.
That server has been moved to a new co-location facility and there are still some DNS and/or routing issues. Only some parts of the world seem to be affected. Those issues will resolve themselves in due time.

I notice that the links from your "calendar widget" to their corresponding blog entries (for example, http://alien.slackbook.org/blog/2011/06/26/ for the latest) currently result in a 404 error
Yes, that stupid calendar widget has a bug, it starts working magically if you move your viewpoint to a previous year...
