Hey there great wizards of the linux world, hope you have time to help me with my little/big problem:

problem is that on the slackware v12 VM (using VMwareWorkstation).
The internet doesnt seem to work when im using wireless.
Also at the same time as the Wireless works i am trying to develope something on the router, dont know if it interfered.
I just tried the wireless in slackware and it simply said it couldn't detect any wireless thing.

I am very new to linux so if you would please explain things so even the dumbest(me) person can understand you.

Are you running Slackware in a VM ? If so then wireles networking won't work as the machine sees only emulated hardware and as far as I know VMs don't emulate wireless devices. You may have better success just using "bridged networking". You will need to connect the host to the internet.
