Intellinet 150N USB adapter w/ralink rt3070 chipset- no driver for Slackware 12.2

Asus Eee 701SD w/8gb SSD, 2gb ram, Slackware 12.2.0
WIFI: Intellinet 150N USB w/Ralink rt3070 chipset

Has anyone gotten the above device to run in slackware at all? I loaded a driver in windows, but I can't seem to find the driver at all when I look for it. I DID find a file (ich7usb.inf) that was listed in the "drivers" folder, but ndiswrapper says it's not a valid driver file. I've never used ndiswrapper before. I thought the driver file would look like "rt3070.inf" or similar, but the other file is all I found. Now I'm at a loss for where to begin looking. Anyone got an idea where I can find this .inf file for this device? Thanks for any help, gang....

well it is time to get a new kernel. Support for that driver has been in the 2.6.31.5 you may have to do like I do. on my old systems build new kernels.
grab a kernel source grab a slackware config and build the kernel then boot it good luck.
I am sorry I do not use ndiswrapper's
