Installing slackware64-13.37

I have been trying to install the 64 bit Slackware, but when it comes to selecting software to install, i only get prompted with a base linux system. This does not happen on the 32 bit version of Slackware.

Can some one help and point out to me why this is?

pick a full installation. that's the easiest way to install a complete system
you can then remove packages when your system is ready and you don't need those packages

The installer from the 64 bit version should give you the exact same choices as the 32 bit version.
If you notice differences, there's something wrong. (with your machine, your source or the installer).

The 'base' system is a possibility, but should not be the only option.

Are you attempting to install 64bit with a 32 bit slackware cd? That will cause a problem similar to yours.
