installing slack from fat32


hi,

I have ISOs of slackware 10 on my FAT32 partition, is it possible to install slackware from that partition without burning it to CDs?

I will appreciate if someone guide me with the proceduere step my step, im currently running 9.1 dual boot with windowz

I would do :
boot into slack 9
mount /fat/32/partition
as root, mount -t iso9660 /fat/32/partition/yourimage.iso /mnt/cdrom -o loop
then cd /mnt/cdrom and upgrade all packages I want.
You end with slackare 10 without setup, just by upgrading packages (what I have done)

There's a file called UPGRADE.txt on the CD that tells you how to do what Keefaz said (in case you have any doubts)
