Installing KDE 4.1 From Current Version

Can Anyone Explain How I Can Install KDE 4.1 From The Slackware Current
Version Folder? Also Do I Need QT 4.4.3 Before I Can Install KDE 4.1?
I Am Running Slackware 12.1 On A PIII 700MHZ Computer With 512MB Ram
And 40 GB Hard Drive, Intel Chipset. Thanks

First remove all of your current KDE and QT packages. Then upgrade to Slackware -current (not installing it's KDE or QT packages). Then install the stuff from /testing/packages/kde4. Be sure to follow the instructions written down in /testing/packages/kde4/README
There is also a script "/testing/packages/kde4/remove-kde3.sh" which you can run in order to remove all KDE3 related packages automatically.

Do not try to install these KDE4 packages on Slackware 12.1.

Kde 4.1

Is There A Way To Do A Clean Install With The Slackware Disto
That Has KDE 4.1 Already Bundled??

No.
There is no Slackware release that bundles KDE4.
The next release (Slackware 12.2) will still install KDE3 by default. Only then, you can use the KDE4 packages from the /testing directory instead of the default KDE3 packages of course.
