@ dumdadum: in this post I suggested that you post full content of your /etc/lilo.conf and full output of "lilo -t -v".

As long as you don't answer that request, it will be difficult to help you.

EDIT OK you gave you lilo.conf, my bad, but still we need full output of "lilo -t -v".

EDIT2 But as you probably changed /etc/lilo.conf to introduce the UUIDs, we still need to see the new version.

Don't worry about this. Computer boots from the first disk, so LILO warn you that the boot code written into /dev/sdb MBR will be ignored by BIOS next boot with same bootable disks order.
