Install From Slackware current

Is it possible to do a clean install from slackware current?

Yes - you'd just need to build yourself a CD set based on -current (or this Norweigan mirror offers regular disc images based on -current for CD and DVD).

How do you go about building a CD (I was just about to post this same question). Say I wanted to make 3 cds; 2 for the install and one for the CURRENT extras? Thanks ahead!

I used the link to the norwegian mirror to burn the dvd version. I did a clean install with it and am very impressed with it. I really had no problems with it.

Note: The cd iso download is too big. It's 710MB the most that will fit on a CD is 702MB. What a bummer. But if you have a DVD burner your in luck.

which kernel does the current carry? does the iso automatically include/install the 2.4.30 kernel?
