I use to surf in this forum with another ID and I lost touch with internet for 6 months and I lost that one(nganyine).Well,that the another story.
I have been reading about new kernel release (mine is 2.6.10).Which can emulate window xp without emulating program.Any body explain me what is all about to drop a link to it.I live in my country now.Internet access is very hard and we got to use it in a few internet cafe only.I used to surf like 10 or 15 hr a day.But now I couldn't log on more than 1 hours a day.So I need to know links about those kernel new thing and stuff like that .
Can anybody tell me what it is?

Sorry, but AFAIK the kernel does not emulate Windows XP.

You might be thinking of Wine which tries to translate system calls from Windows programs into equivalent Linux ones, thereby letting you run some 32bit Windows programs. However, this is nothing new and has been around for years (there are also two Wine spin-offs: Cedega which is more aimed at gaming, and Crossover Office, whichis aimed at making it easy to run and install office productivity applications).

Or possibly some of the hardware emulators you can run on top of Linux?
