IceWM with HAL

I'm trying to switch my desktop between KDE and IceWM. Mainly because of radicaly increased speed when using IceWM.
So far I have done many modifications to fit the WM to my needs, or to have it work similar as KDE with all functions that I do need.

But I still haven't found a way how to catch HAL messages within IceWM.

KDE will stay installed on this one because my girlfriend got used to it and doesn't wan't to change it, if this helps anything with catching those messasges.

ivman and pmount are probably what you need to look into installing - see the HAL sticky post in this forum.
