There's an avahi project listed on Freshmeat.

Why do you need it? Which program, are you trying to install that it's a dependency for?

yes when i upgrade gnome
a searched for lib in internet but i not found

Just go here and find a Slackware package, RPM (rpm2tgz), or source tarbell, and install it. There's 13,200 hits, so I'm sure you can find at least one package.
