I've got Problems with LISa and my Inet..

Ok, I re-installed my slack ,but I cannot setup the i-net.

I write as root : netconfig, follow the steps and it tells me that the process has finished.

and If I try to open the Local Network , it says :

Code:
The Lisa daemon does not appear to be running. In order to use LAN Browser the lisa daemon has to be installed and activated by Administrator.
if I try to open the Network Services it says :
Code:
KDE has been built without Zeroconf support
how could I install the LISa (since it looks like it's not installed) and get my inet running.. pls help

edit: Forgot to mention I've got ADSL if that would matter..

You are confusing local network with the internet.

Open a console, and type
Code:
ping www.google.com
If you get replies, you are online

I didn't get reply, but anyway, I wrote as root :

Code:
/etc/rc.d/rc.local
if [ -x /usr/local/bin/lisa ]; then
echo "Starting Lisa daemon..."
/usr/local/bin/lisa
fi
and it worked now I finally have ready linux (duh i'm happy lol)
