THE SCANNER WORKS!!!
What I did:

#sane-find-scanner

output:
*************************************************
found USB scanner (vendor=0x03f0, product=0x0605) at /dev/usb/scanner0
found USB scanner (vendor=0x03f0 [Hewlett-Packard], product=0x0605 [HP ScanJet 2200C], chip=LM983x?) at libusb:003:002
found USB scanner (vendor=0x06b9 [ALCATEL], product=0x4061 [Speed Touch 330 ]) at libusb:002:002
******************************************************

than I creat a new entry in the file

plustek.conf:

# to define a new device, start with a new section:
[usb]
#hp220c.conf
usb 0x03f0 0x0605
/dev/usb/scanner0

And the when I do xsane
THE SCANNER WORKS !!!!

Where do you have to create/edit that file?

Found it: The file hraposo talks about it's on /etc/sane.d/

I think that I don't understand fully your answer?
but the file plustek.conf
it was in:
/etc/sane.d/plustek.conf
