Question How to stop X listening

Anyone know how to stop X from listening on port 6000 when using KDM? I have tried commenting startx with -nolisten tcp but that has no effect. I have managed to get all my other unnecessary services shut down by commenting out /etc/inetd.conf but can't figure out how to keep X from listening.

Appreciate any help,
GrayGhost

Thanks for the reply ed_thix but I had already edited my /usr/X11R6/bin/startx and added serverargs="-nolisten tcp" and this had no effect. I am assuming it is because I boot into runlevel 4 with KDM and not to the CLI.
