How to replace the Penguin with the Slackware logo

I am tired of seeing that penguin on top of my boot screen while Slackware is booting.
How could I replace it with a nice Slackware "S" logo?

Has anybody done it allready?

Thank you.
It is working perfectly.

Here is my method:

Make an image 120x120 for example with Gimp and save it as imagex.png

Execute the command:

#pngtopnm imagex.png | ppmquant -fs 223 | pnmtoplainpnm > logo_linux_clut224.ppm

#cp logo_linux_clut224.ppm /usr/src/linux/drivers/video/logo/

Configure the Kernel like this:
Device Drivers ->
Graphics Support ->
[*] Support for frame buffer devices
[*] VESA VGA graphics support

Console display driver support ->
[*] Video mode selection support

<*> Framebuffer Console support

[*]Select compiled-in fonts
[*]VGA 8x16 font

Logo configuration->
[*]Bootup logo
[*] Standard 224-color Linux logo

Compile the kernel as usual.

Put vga=791 dans /etc/lilo.conf

#/sbin/lilo -p

#init 6

That's it!
