Question how to reconfigure packages from gslapt package manager?

I downloaded php 5.2.12 package from gslapt package manager and i need to reconfigure it so that i can enable odbc module in php.. is there any way to do this? or should i just download the php 5.2.12 then compile it to my system?

You need to get the sources and compile them with the options you want by tweaking the slackbuild. Nothing to do with gslapt. Look in a slackware mirror for the sources directory.
