It is PCI card, and it plays midis with windows well.
I've read MIDI-HOWTO, but it didn't done the job.. Downloaded and installed timidity++, setuid it root, and tried to use it but it gives that: Couldn't open output device

Can't get what's wrong..
Oh, and the user I try with is in 'audio' group.
I've been wandering about that for at least a week.. why it have to be so hard when only the 3-click-winamp.5-install solves the problem..
Ideas about doing that on Linux?
