How to make use of /etc/sudoers.d/ ?

I would like to use /etc/sudoers.d/, but i don't know how.

I tried to put:
includedir /etc/sudoers.d
in /etc/sudoers, but visudo reports that the syntax is incorrect.

The manual http://www.gratisoft.us/sudo/sudoers.man.html says that it's "#includedir" not "includedir". Slightly odd as you'd think that'd be a comment... I smell a hack.

This is already included in /etc/sudoers:

Quote:

## Read drop-in files from /etc/sudoers.d
## (the '#' here does not indicate a comment)
#includedir /etc/sudoers.d
