How To Hide Kernel Messages With Graphics


Dear All,

Any of you guys know how to hide the kernel boot up and service startup messages.

Instead of showing the text messages, i can display pictures instead.

THank u in advance.

www.bootsplash.org has the software your looking for.

I managed to make it work. Smooth and cool like a silk ^_^

Thank u all. I used the tarball posted in

www.linuxpackages.net.

I used keyword "bootsplash" and chose the version "any".
